In the end of April Odessa сity council has confirmed the outline plan of a multipurpose hotel complex around a beach of "Lanzheron" (Seaside area), developed by Open Society "Odesgragdanproekt" by request of Open Company "Bassoon-south". As architect Vladimir Glazyrin has informed «BC», the new building will be located on a site by the area of 1,44 hectares in a recreational zone on the first, second and third terraces of a coastal slope of Black sea. Earlier in this territory there was a centre of rest of "Jumorinlend", and now there were the shabby one-storeyed structures, the thrown athletic fields and children's attractions. The complex will consist of two structures in height of 17 and 24 floors executed in the form of a sail. The object total area will make 79 thousand in sq. m. In a 17-storeyed building is planned to place four-stars hotel (17,5 thousand sq.) on 277 numbers (242 lux, 15 junior suites, 8 exclusive lux, 2 "presidential" numbers and 10 numbers for invalids) with restaurant on last floor. With 1 on 9 level of the 24-storeyed case the total area of 32 thousand in sq. m is supposed to be arranged offices (13 thousand sq.), and above — 98 apartments: 5 two - 90 three - four- and one 5-roomed пентхауз. On a building roof equip a helicopter platform. Both towers will be united three-level стилобатом by a total area of 30 thousand in sq. m. At its two bottom levels an underground parking on 450 cars, and over it — conference halls, the improving centre with opened and closed by pools, shops, restaurants and bars. As the director of the customer of building of Open Company "Bassoon-south" Jury Petrov has told «BC», works are supposed to be begun next year, right after design engineering end. The hotel is planned to put in operation to Euro-2012, and the second case — after even two years. «The total cost of the given project exceeds $100 million», — Mr. Petrov speaks. As he said, negotiations with a management of network Radisson SAS which control of the Odessa hotel can be transferred are now carried on. Experts assert that expenses of the investor can essentially increase, as prior to the beginning of building of a multipurpose complex it is necessary to spend works on strengthening of coastal slopes and to lay an access road. |
