So average cost in the cheapest Desnjansky area on 2 room apartment makes 3250 grivnas, last year during the same time the price made $650. The most expensive apartments in Pechersky area. The price – 6500 UAH (grivnas). Last year during this period of time the price was - $1740. 3 room apartment in Desnjansky area can be removed for 4000 grivnas. In the first quarter 2008 the price made $880. The most expensive apartments in Pechersky area will manage on the average 9250 grivnas a month. Last year during the same time the price made $2900. Thus, in Desnjansky area in the first quarter 2009 in comparison with the similar period of 2008 the price has fallen to 9 %, in Pechersky - on 7,2 %. As to the trading real estate its average cost of $40,15 for sq. m. In Desnjansky area the floor price makes $23,17 for sq. m., in Pecherosky the ceiling price is equal $63,77 for sq. m. we Will notice that in Desnjansky area the price has fallen to 11,2 %, and in Pechersky on 6,1 %. Rent on warehouse also has gone down in price. Average cost makes $6,56 for sq. m. the Floor price in Darnitsky area makes $5,62 for sq. m., the ceiling price is observed in Dneprovsky area – $6,83 for sq. m. the Floor price for the warehouse real estate has fallen on 6,3 %, and maximum – on 5,5 %.
